We invite you to reserve an in-depth winery tour, or join us in our in our Entourage Room or sun-dappled patio (seasonally) to enjoy premium, award-winning wines with delectable food! Simple wine sampling is also available in our Boutique.

Relax in the vineyard-facing Entourage Room or on the sun-dappled patio (seasonally) and enjoy our exclusive Grand Reserve portfolio of premium wines, paired with tasty culinary options from our chef-curated menu. This is casual, upscale dining at its best. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Grand Reserve Reveal

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Step behind the scenes and join Winemaker Chris Holman for an intimate gathering set amidst the gleaming fermentation tanks of our main cellar.
This special event will feature the debut of our newly released Grand Reserve series and an exclusive opportunity to secure the yet-to-be-released 2023 Pinot Noir. Guests will also enjoy a rare pre-release offering of the 2023 Red Meritage, a limited 250 case production.
Each wine will be artfully paired with thoughtful, seasonal creations by Estate Chef Amber Dufton, designed to enhance the depth and nuance of every pour.
$114.00 per guest (includes gratuity) + taxes.
Sparkling Experience
Luminous, twinkling, radiant, shimmering - these are just some of the words used to describe the essence of sparkling wine. Our Entourage Sparklings take centre stage - enjoy a flight of our Méthode Classique series of sparkling wines along with paired, light nibbles. Join us in our Estate Lounge or vineyard-facing Entourage Room. Includes $5 redemption toward the purchase of a bottle of Entourage Sparkling. Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins welcome, based on availability.

Premium Estate Tour
Our premium tour offers a glimpse behind the scenes at how our winemaking team crafts award-winning wines. This intimate experience becomes an adventure in every aspect of winemaking as you explore the winery from vineyard to cellar. Following the tour, relax in our Estate Lounge or Entourage Room, overlooking the vineyard, while enjoying a tasting flight & crafted charcuterie.
$50 per guest, based on two guest minimum (plus applicable taxes and gratuity)
Estate Tour
Our public tour offers a rare glimpse behind the scenes at how our winemaking team crafts award-winning wines. This intimate group experience becomes an adventure in every aspect of winemaking as you explore the winery from vineyard to cellar. Enjoy sampling a variety of wines throughout the tour.
Cost is $35/guest; children under legal age are complimentary.

Our Winemaker
CHRIS HOLMAN
Estate Winemaker
Chris was raised in Burlington, Ontario and was introduced to agriculture at a young age. A graduate of both the Niagara College (Diploma) and Brock University (BSc) Winemaking and Viticulture programs, he credits the time spent on his grandparent's farm for sparking his interest in agriculture. Chris has spent over a decade in Niagara making premium wines for many top producers including seven years at Arterra Wines Canada in Niagara Falls, leading their VQA sparkling and white winemaking programs. Winemaking roles in the Okanagan Valley, BC and both McLaren Vale and Tasmania, Australia provided Chris with the fortitude necessary to carry on the legacy of Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate, as he continues to create exceptional, award-winning wines.
